Boost power, throttle response, and overall performance with the KC Turbo Gen 3 KC300x Stage 3 Turbo for the early 1999 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. Designed as a 100% drop-in upgrade for Early 1999 (E99) trucks, this turbocharger features a fully re-engineered compressor and turbine system built with modern aero and an advanced 4-inch ported anti-surge compressor housing. The redesigned 0.91 A/R turbine housing provides fast spool-up and improved top-end airflow, outperforming previous KC300x versions in both power and efficiency.

KC Turbo strengthened every internal component, including a 7×7 SXE-style billet compressor wheel with extended-tip technology, thick-shaft SXE turbine wheel, 200% larger thrust and journal bearings, a cast-integrated backing plate, and a steel thrust insert to prevent fatigue under high boost. Years of R&D resulted in a reliable, high-flow turbo capable of supporting aggressive injector setups from 238/80 to 250/100, making this one of the strongest drop-in 7.3 turbos available.
