Unlock major power gains and faster spool-up with the KC Turbo Gen 3 KC300x Stage 2 Turbo for the early 1999 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. This newest-generation design features a fully re-engineered compressor and turbine section with modern aero, a 4-inch ported anti-surge compressor housing, and a quick-response 0.91 A/R turbine housing inspired by modern high-efficiency turbo geometry. The result is a turbo that outperforms all previous KC300x versions with stronger top-end power, quicker spool, and far greater reliability.

KC Turbo redesigned every key component, including a 7×7 SXE-style compressor wheel with extended-tip technology, a thick-shaft SXE turbine wheel, stronger steel thrust inserts, and upgraded 200 percent larger thrust and journal bearings. The integrated cast-iron backing plate eliminates flex under high heat and boost, while the updated wastegate actuator and high-flow non-EBPV outlet improve boost control at elevated horsepower levels. This turbo is 100% drop-in, requires no modifications, and is recommended for 205/30 to 238/80 injector setups.
