The Rudy’s 3″ hot side intercooler boot kit for the Ford Powerstroke 6.0L 2003-2007 is constructed of 4-ply polyester reinforced silicone boots that are heat resistant. This Intercooler boost kit comes with premium stainless steel clamps for a secure and easy install.

• Silicone boots and T-bolt clamps
• Heavy duty four ply silicone boots
• Stainless steel T-bolt clamps

Fitment:

• 2003-2007 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 6.0L Powerstroke

Note:

• 27 in-lbs (3N*M) recommended for all t-bolt and constant tension t-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4N*M). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4N*M).
