This upgraded version features a premium Jet Black powder-coated compressor housing, giving your engine bay a stealthy, clean, show-quality appearance compared to standard raw-cast turbos. The newest-generation design includes a fully re-engineered compressor and turbine section with modern aero, a 4-inch ported anti-surge compressor housing, and a quick-response 0.91 A/R turbine housing inspired by high-efficiency turbo geometry.
KC Turbo redesigned every key component, including a 7×7 SXE-style billet compressor wheel with extended-tip technology, a thick-shaft SXE turbine wheel, upgraded steel thrust inserts, and 200% larger thrust and journal bearings. The Jet Black compressor cover enhances visual appeal while maintaining excellent airflow and durability. The integrated cast-iron backing plate resists flex under heat and boost, while the updated wastegate actuator and high-flow non-EBPV outlet improve boost control under heavy load. This turbo is 100% drop-in on E99 trucks and is recommended for 205/30 to 238/80 injector setups.
