The H&S Motorsports 122016 Hot side intercooler pipe upgrade replaces the failure-prone intercooler pipe in your 2011-2025 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. The factory intercooler pipe is known to blow apart at the crimp-on clamps in the performace applications under boost. This intercooler pipe upgrade kit replaces the weak factory pipe with 3″ stainless-steel piping from the turbo intercooler. The feeble factory spring lock is replaced by a heavy-duty billet coupler and silicone boots. This pipe upgrade will improve throttle response and includes all hardware and instructions you need for a clean installation.
